Tell us your buy box.

Markets, deal size, strategy (flip, BRRRR, long-term hold). We only send deals that fit. No mass blasts.

We send vetted deals.

A diligence pack: photos, video, comps, occupancy notes, title flags, our assignment fee. Everything we have, before you decide anything.

Walk the property — open access.

Every investor who needs to see the property in person gets the chance. We schedule a single walkthrough window per deal. Bring your contractor, your inspector, your GC — whoever needs to walk it. The diligence pack covers most deals for experienced operators; the walkthrough is there for anyone who needs it.

Submit your best offer.

24 hours after the walkthrough window closes, all interested investors submit their best offer. No back-and-forth. No chasing. Best offer wins. Your job is to make the numbers work for you. Our job is to run a clean process — no preferential treatment, no side deals, no second chances.

Close on assignment.

We close as soon as the seller is ready to move and the title work is clear — not on a manufactured timeline from our end. Standard assignment-of-contract paperwork, title company handles the closing. Investors who can match the seller's schedule win deals.

All verified buyers see new deals when they go out. Operators who've closed with us at least once see the deal sheet 24 hours early.
